Breakfast Club
Our Breakfast Club is a wonderful, welcoming way for children to start their school day with a nutritious meal and a chance to catch up with friends. To ensure every morning runs smoothly, safely, and fairly for all our families, please take a moment to review our daily procedures and guidelines.
Key Information & Daily Arrival
-
Arrival Time: Children should arrive between 8:00 AM and 8:10 AM. If your child is going to be late, please let our school office team know as soon as possible.
-
Drop-off & Sign-in: For safety, all parents and carers must escort their child directly to the Art Block, where a member of our Breakfast Club team will warmly greet and sign them in.
-
Pricing: From 1st September 2026, the cost is £3.25 per day.
Booking & Cancellation Guidelines
To help us manage spaces and ensure every child who needs a spot can join us, we ask for your cooperation with bookings:
-
Booking Online: All places must be booked in advance via ScoPay. You are welcome to book sessions right through to the end of the academic year.
-
Cancellations: If your plans change and your child no longer needs their spot, please cancel it via ScoPay by midnight the night before. Cancellations made by midnight incur no charge and allow us to offer the space to another family on our waiting list.
-
Fair Allocation: Because places are limited, regularly holding a booking without attending prevents other children from benefiting from the club. If a spot is consistently booked but unused, we may sadly need to release it for another pupil. We always want to avoid this, so please cancel any unneeded sessions promptly.
Creating a Safe & Positive Environment
Breakfast Club is an extension of our school day, and we uphold the same high expectations and school rules – be safe, be ready and be respectful. Following our school rules ensures that every child enjoys a safe, friendly, and positive start to their morning.
If a child experiences ongoing behavioural challenges during Breakfast Club, we will work directly with parents to address the issue. However, if poor behaviour persists, we may need to ask the child to pause their attendance to ensure the wellbeing and safety of the rest of the group.
