The price of school meals is set in partnership with Portsmouth City Council and our caterer, Caterlink, at £2.96 per day. All meals must be paid for in advance or on the day via the SCOpay online payment system.

Free School Meals & Pupil Premium Funding

• Reception, Year 1, and Year 2 (Key Stage 1): All children automatically receive free school meals under the government's Universal Infant Free School Meals (UIFSM) scheme.

• Year 3 and Above: Free school meals are not automatic, and an application must be submitted.

Even if you are unsure whether you qualify, we strongly encourage you to apply. 

• You can apply online via Portsmouth City Council – Free School Meals.

• Alternatively, please speak to the school office for assistance.

Late Arrivals

If your child will arrive at school late, please notify the school office of their lunch choice before 9:15 AM. If we do not receive their choice by this time, you will need to provide a packed lunch from home.

Dietary Requirements & Allergies

If your child has special dietary requirements or food allergies (e.g., dairy-free, soya-free), please complete the online Caterlink food allergy and intolerance form 

• Caterlink will use this information to prepare a safe, tailored menu for your child.
